Joyful
Joyful Noise!

Join Lillianna to see the movie Joyful Noise starring Queen Latifah & Dolly Parton! Plotline: A small town choir tries to win a national competition despite overwhelming odds. A story of faith and determination (and GREAT music and biting humor).

We’ll meet for dinner at 5 p.m. followed by the movie, both in Manhattan.

Unreachable Eden

Barbara Kahn's latest multi-award winning musical drama is about real-life lesbian, Eve Adams, and is a stand alone sequel to The Spring and Fall of Eve Adams.

Unreachable Eden focuses on Eve's life in France from 1930 - 1943, when she was a bookseller promoting Anais Nin, D.H. Lawrence and Henry Miller to English speaking tourists. At the beginning of World War II, Eve found herself in triple jeopardy as an immigrant, a lesbian and a Jew. We will be attending the evening performance at Theater For The New City.
Tickets are $12 ($10 if we are a group of 10 or more). Dinner before the show at a local eatery.
Please call before February 8 to make your reservation and indicate theater, dinner or both.
